Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years in retail or financial services, including at least 1 year of management experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, branch operations, and common financial products and services.
- Proven ability to lead individuals and teams toward high performance and organizational goals.
- Sound judgment and adaptability in solving day-to-day, unique challenges.
- Active listening skills and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex situations.
- Ability to build rapport, communicate proactively, and foster strong member relationships.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in follow-up and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic math proficiency and the ability to understand more complex financial concepts.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
