About the role
As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to provide exceptional customer service and manage all aspects of the branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including teller services, cash handling, and customer transactions.
- Manage a team of employees to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance and meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a management capacity.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
