About the role
As a Branch Manager, You'll Lead all operations and team members in a growing branch
Have full P&L responsibility for the branch
Support and guide Account and Production Managers
Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes
Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment
Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities
Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community
Qualifications
- 3+ years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry
- Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (Job costing, proposals, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- A Winning Attitude!
