About the role

As the Branch Manager at QC Supply in Storm Lake, IA, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and interact with customers in the retail space, fostering customer partnerships and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the location and ensure efficient distribution processes
• Maintain safety standards and housekeeping protocols
• Lead team in safety training and policy adherence
• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound order flows
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for promotional sales lifts
• Manage staffing levels and coordinate deliveries with customer locations
• Audit and track facility quality and accuracy on a regular basis
• Support front end retail sales and order entry activities

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven work experience in sales or business management
• Strong understanding of distribution and required routines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Sound business judgment and knowledge of market dynamics
