Pro-Serv Food Equipment / Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is a rapidly growing commercial service company providing Refrigeration, HVAC, Cooking Equipment, Plumbing, Hood & Exhaust, and Facility Services throughout the Carolinas. Our mission is to provide fast, professional, high-quality service while building long-term relationships with our customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily branch operations and team performance
- Manage technicians, dispatch coordination, and workflow efficiency
- Review work orders daily for accuracy, profitability, deficiencies, notes, and completion
- Aid in technician training, development, and accountability
- Support hiring and onboarding efforts
- Work closely with dispatch, key accounts, and management teams
- Ensure customer issues are handled quickly and professionally
- Maintain branch profitability and operational KPIs
- Aid in estimates, quote follow-up, and customer relationships
- Maintain strong communication between field and office teams
- Enforce company procedures, systems, and operational standards
- Conduct technician ride-alongs and field evaluations
- Help grow branch revenue while maintaining service quality
- Ensure inventory, vehicles, tools, and branch organization are maintained properly
Qualifications
- Previous field service technician experience REQUIRED
- Experience in commercial Refrigeration, HVAC, Cooking Equipment, or Facility Services preferred
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dispatching and field service operations
- Ability to lead teams while maintaining accountability and professionalism
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve under pressure
- Experience reviewing work orders, labor, and profitability
- Valid driver’s license required
Preferred Skills
- Commercial Refrigeration experience
- HVAC or Cooking Equipment experience
- Service management software experience (ServiceTrade preferred)
- Team leadership and coaching experience

Pay
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
