Ponce Bank is experiencing exciting growth and seeks a dynamic Branch Manager to lead their team. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational efficiency, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
About the role
This role will directly influence branch success by overseeing all aspects of branch performance, including team development, financial operations, compliance, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Branch Manager will also be instrumental in expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and promote bank products to enhance the customer experience.
- Nurture relationships with Commercial Relationship Officers and Lending Officers.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory standards, and risk management protocols.
- Oversee daily operational efficiency, including asset protection, audit compliance, and security measures.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate team members through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster strong client relationships by representing the branch in community activities aligned with CRA goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, providing leadership, guidance, and clear direction to meet branch objectives.

Pay
Compensation: Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid in two installments after 30 days and 3 months of continuous employment.
