About the role
As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in New Philadelphia, OH at the New Philadelphia branch. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that help clients achieve financial well-being.
- Create a differentiated customer experience in an omni-channel environment, collaborating with a broad range of ecosystem partners.
- Accountable for risk management, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines and established policies.
- Build a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
- Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
- Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households, and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
- Drive business banking results primarily through business development and community involvement.
- Coach team members in consultative selling to enable customer financial well-being.
- Manage and coach the delivery of a differentiated client experience, including technology-enabled interactions and advice-oriented consultation.
- Lead effective problem resolution to make banking easy for customers.
- Connect all of PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
- Drive the employee experience by acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development.
- Ensure employees achieve performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management.
- Model PNC values by cultivating and supporting an inclusive workplace.
- Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk through sound decision-making and compliance.
Qualifications
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
- Preferred skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Counseling, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Loyalty, Decision Making, People Management, Proactive Behavior, Results-Oriented.
- Competencies: Branch Banking Services, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management.
Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. This position requires the ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
Pay
Base Salary: $70,125.00 – $116,875.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
