We’re hiring a Producing Branch Manager to organize and manage a Mortgage Loan Production Team, driving sales growth while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a profitable and compliant Mortgage Loan Production Team including recruiting, training, and developing sales and support staff
  • Originate and close residential mortgage loans that meet Bank guidelines and profitability goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, builders, financial planners, and other referral partners
  • Educate referral sources on Northpointe Bank’s lending products and value proposition
  • Partner with business development and marketing teams to execute growth strategies and achieve sales objectives
  • Manage staff performance, including coaching, evaluations, corrective counseling, and personnel decisions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend adjustments to strategy, products, or processes as needed
  • Participate in bank leadership initiatives, projects, and management activities

Requirements

10+ years of real estate lending experience with a strong understanding of residential mortgage products
Proven record of personal production and/or leading a successful mortgage sales team
Demonstrated sales leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience managing staff, performance, and business results in a sales-driven environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and mortgage/banking software
Valid driver’s license required
