Branch Manager

About the role

North Easton Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales growth, develop employees, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in the Norton, MA branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Drive branch sales through business development, referrals, and relationship banking.
• Originate consumer and mortgage loan applications.
• Coach employees on cross-selling banking products and services.
• Monitor branch performance, including deposits, lending, and sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the Bank in the community.
• Conduct performance coaching, team meetings, and employee scheduling.
• Stay current on banking products, services, and market trends.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of retail banking experience.
• 2+ years of branch management or leadership experience.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience with consumer lending and mortgage origination preferred.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Office-based position with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, with actual pay depending on various factors.
