Branch Manager
What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting
- Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
- Play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service
- Proactively and continuously train and develop staff, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution
- Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives
What Makes You Great
- A high school diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred
- More than two (2+) years of retail sales experience, along with more than two (2+) years of management experience, bringing a strong foundation in customer engagement and team leadership
- A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past ten (10) years is required

Pay Range
$63,375 - $92,950 yearly
