Branch Manager
What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Cook up and direct branch activities to hit or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate branch reporting
- Oversee daily employee activities in line with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment
- Guide staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer-centered service
- Proactively and continuously train and develop staff, enhancing team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution
- Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows to maximize efficiency, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives
What Makes You Great
- A high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, along with 2+ years of management experience, providing a solid foundation in customer engagement and team leadership
- A clean driving record, free from DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related driving convictions within the last ten years
