Branch Manager

This position is based in the Minneapolis, MN office of LRS Consulting Services, the staffing division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS). Responsibilities
- Primary face-to-face contact with clients in your territory, including prospects and existing customers.
- Secure the sale of information technology services and solutions within your accounts.
- Manage your own book of business and the overall success of the Minneapolis branch.
- Lead a recruiting team and a sales team that includes a Sales Manager and Account Executives.
- Owning the branch P&L, including revenue, gross profit, headcount planning, and expense management.
- Attend meetings with decision-makers of targeted accounts to identify opportunities and move those opportunities to a close by obtaining a signed customer agreement and/or statement of work for solutions and services offered by LRS Consulting Services.
Requirements
- A solid history working in IT staff augmentation, with at least five years’ experience providing IT staffing services in the Minneapolis market, and established knowledge of and relationships within the local business community.
- Reside in the Minneapolis metro area and be willing to work in our Minneapolis office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday), with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing or mentoring Account Executives and/or Recruiters in the staffing industry is a strong asset.

Pay
Compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission and branch performance incentives. The base salary will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience. Total compensation will vary depending on performance and has the potential to exceed the projection.
Schedule
You will report to the Senior Vice President of Consulting Services. You will manage the Minneapolis team, which includes a recruiting team and a sales team led by a Sales Manager with Account Executives.
