Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive production results, including consumer lending, deposits, business services, and referral performance.
- Establish and monitor sales goals, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Analyze branch performance data and implement action plans to improve productivity, revenue growth, and member outcomes.
- Ensure effective execution of Credit Union initiatives, campaigns, and product promotions at the branch level.
- Work closely with internal partners such as Mortgage, Marketing, Business, and Investments to drive production and work together to promote KeyPoint in the community.
Business Development & Community Involvement
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and partners to generate new member and business opportunities.
- Represent the Credit Union at community events, onsite employer locations, and networking opportunities, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Identify and pursue local growth opportunities aligned with organizational strategy.
- Promote brand awareness and advocacy through consistent community presence and engagement.
- Actively participate in Chamber events and join local chambers as a member.
Sales Leadership & Member Experience
- Work closely with Assistant Manager to oversee the overall operations of the branch, holding them accountable in your absence while in the community.
- Strong product knowledge and credit union offerings inclusive of consumer and business products and services.
- Foster a sales-driven, member-focused culture that emphasizes consultative conversations and needs-based solutions.
- Cook and mentor staff to strengthen sales skills, referral behaviors, and service excellence.
- Maintain a strong focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and member satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
People Leadership & Talent Development
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing branch staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage to meet business needs.
- Hold employees accountable for performance, compliance, and service standards.
Operational, Audit & Risk Management
- Ensure branch operations comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management practices.
- Oversee cash management, dual control, security procedures, and physical branch standards.
- Address operational issues promptly and partner with internal teams to resolve escalations.
