Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field operations, customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.
• Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues.
• Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses.
• Cook up installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide field support throughout the preview and post-view process.
• Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle retail walk-in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.

Requirements

• Construction management experience
• Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
