Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or extensive industry and management experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of managing a team of 5 or more individuals.
- Skills: Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Home Care, Background in a home care and/or healthcare setting, Healthcare Management Degree.
Work Schedule
Typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required. Work primarily takes place in an office setting, but occasional visits to client homes, partner facilities, or conferences may be necessary. Ongoing community marketing efforts will also require driving.
Pay Range
$70,000-$80,000 / Yr
