Branch Manager
About the role
The Branch Manager at Easy Ice is responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional service and support to customers. This role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing customer service, maintaining inventory, ensuring a safe work environment, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Review metrics and define potential anomalies affecting the business
- P/L review
- Maintain proper inventory levels and track efficiencies
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Oversee branch processes and make improvements
- Identify employee and customer concerns and provide solutions
- Promote growth and positivity within the branch
- Ensure qualified personnel and correct staffing levels
- Monitor branch collections
- Contribute to the corporate team effort
- Generate and implement new team ideas for company growth
- Project a positive Easy Ice brand image
Qualifications
- Six plus years of industry experience
- Working knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- The ability to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the customer's experience
- A desire to increase knowledge of the industries served and products/services offered
- A self-motivated and disciplined individual who works well independently and as part of a team
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Additional Required Attributes

- The ability to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
