About the role

The Branch Manager at City Electric Supply (CES) is responsible for the development and implementation of a business plan in accordance with City Electric Supply policy and procedures. This includes ensuring profitability, motivation, direction, recruiting, managing and developing branch employees, facilitating continuous improvements, and providing sound leadership for the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales and profit with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key vendors and agents.
  • Recruit for all branch positions.
  • Lead and mentor branch employees.
  • Manage branch operations effectively.
  • Partner with the local community to enhance customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
