Branch Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead a team of branch managers in providing exceptional customer service and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Train and mentor branch managers to improve their leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
