About the role
The ideal candidate will lead a team of branch managers in providing exceptional customer service and managing daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Train and mentor branch managers to improve their leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar field.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
