Branch Leader - Houston, TX (River Oaks)
About the role
The mission of the branch is to drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that embraces the company brand and cultivates revenue while ensuring high levels of customer happiness. You will educate the local market, drive national initiatives, and grow local business through in-branch customer meetings, informative seminars, lead utilization, and client appreciation.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead strategies to develop associates and their business
- Develop sales capabilities through dedicated mentoring and coaching
- Lead and manage the branch, including lobby and operational technology, back office processing, and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate and support cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships
- Drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team
Requirements
- At least five years in financial sales role
- Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
- Active Series 9/10, 7 and 66 licenses required

- All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning

Benefits
Fidelity’s onsite working model allows for flexibility and productivity. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
