About the role

The role serves as a developmental position for 12-24 months, aimed at developing and acclimating talent across the investor center network while supporting the assigned Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in building a strong sales team and developing service associates
• Cultivate revenue opportunities and ensure high levels of customer happiness
• Implement national initiatives to grow business through in-branch customer contact, local marketing, educational seminars, and client appreciation
• Oversee operational activities, including supervision of local risk and compliance issues and customer concerns
• Foster the development of a group of associates by training, mentoring, counseling, and motivating branch representatives

Requirements

• At least five years in financial sales role
• Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is helpful
• Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, and Series 9/10 must be obtained upon hire

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$168,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Schedule

Fidelity's onsite working model varies based on role and location, with some requiring 100% onsite presence and others requiring less. The transition to a full-time onsite model is ongoing and evolving.
