Branch Flex Banker/Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Active engagement with the customer
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Understand and apply bank policies and procedures
• Provide a superior banking experience through relationship building
• Proactively seek and recommend products and services
• Achieve sales objectives
• Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer transactions
• Navigate various bank systems and equipment (ATMs, cash counting machines, cash recycler)

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working with customers
• Prior banking or financial services experience (plus)
• Understanding of personal finance including bank products and services
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions
• Strong computer skills with navigation of banking systems
• Confidentiality and trust in customer information
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to initiate and maintain conversations resulting in customer trust and banking relationships
• Great listening skills to identify products and services to meet customer needs
• Flexibility to adapt to ongoing business changes

Pay

A good-faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $28.57 per hour. The actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

Schedule

Full-time 40 hours/week: Monday-Thursday 7:45AM– 5:00PM, Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12:15PM. Saturday availability required, frequency of Saturday scheduling dependent on location.
