About the role

This role combines the best of customer service and banking. You'll assist customers with their financial needs, help them navigate banking products and services, and make a meaningful impact on their financial journey.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and make them feel valued with every interaction.
  • Build relationships by listening to customers' needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Resolve questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and services that make banking easier.
  • Support Customers' Financial Needs:
    • Open consumer deposit accounts and assist with account maintenance requests.
    • Help customers with debit card services, online banking, and general account inquiries.
    • Identify opportunities to connect customers with products and services that align with their goals.
    • Partner with teammates and banking specialists to ensure customers receive comprehensive financial support.
  • Process Transactions with Accuracy and Care:
    • Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions.
    • Verify customer information and maintain transaction accuracy.
    • Balance cash drawers and maintain appropriate records.
    • Follow established operational, security, and compliance procedures.
  • Contribute to a Successful Branch Team:
    • Closely work with branch teammates to achieve service and sales goals.
    • Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills.
    • Support branch operations and assist with opening and closing procedures.
    • Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
