About the role
The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.60- $20.96 hourly. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients arriving at the branch, creating a welcoming and supportive experience
- Answer inbound calls, provide clear information, and resolve common questions or concerns
- Partner with the branch team to identify solutions and coordinate timely equipment delivery to meet patient needs
- Work closely with the sales team, referral sources, and patients to collect required documentation, secure health plan authorizations, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines
- Review new and existing patient accounts to help maximize health plan benefits and accelerate access to needed equipment and care
- Proactively follow up with patients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs
- Test equipment functionality as needed to ensure quality and readiness
- Contribute to overall branch success by supporting additional responsibilities as assigned
Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one-year of related work experience
- English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Physical Demands
- Frequent use of the hands to write, type, handle documents, and operate computers, phones, and handheld devices
- Regularly read documents clearly and write neatly and accurately while engaging in constant talking and hearing
- Variated physical movements, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching
- Occasionally stand, lift, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds
Work Environment
- Office setting with exposure to moderate noise and indoor fluorescent lighting
