About the role
Immediate opening for a Branch Assistant in a Contract-to-Hire position where you’ll have the opportunity to further your career while learning from the best in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet associates, applicants, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist associates with employment-related questions, onboarding documentation, timekeeping inquiries, and general support.
- Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, processing applications, and maintaining candidate records.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation preparation, and employment paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee files and data in company systems.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and branch leadership.
- Process and distribute reports, correspondence, and other branch communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
- Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Support branch activities, hiring events, and community outreach efforts as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative, customer service, receptionist, staffing, or office support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of staffing, recruiting, human resources, or workforce management is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay
Starting pay is $17.00 to $18.00 an hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working Monday through Friday.
