Brain Trainer

About the role

LearningRx Fort Collins is seeking friendly, sharp, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Brain Trainers (Cognitive Skills Coaches).

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with students of all ages, helping them strengthen core cognitive skills and reach their full potential.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong cognitive abilities who have financial flexibility, and a heart to make a difference in others’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one brain training sessions using our proven programs
• Motivate, challenge, and encourage students in a supportive environment
• Track progress and celebrate student achievements
• Commit to supporting each new student through their full program (typically 6–9+ months)
• Complete our paid certification training

Requirements

• Positive, encouraging attitude
• Strong reading, spelling, and memory skills
• Ability to learn and process information quickly
• Passion for helping others succeed
• Availability between 3–8 PM Monday–Friday (Saturday availability is a plus)
• Ability to work long-term, part-time employment - 2 year minimum commitment
