Bradenhead Technician III

Position Summary Flywheel Energy's Bradenhead Technicians keep our wells safe, compliant and in good mechanical condition by measuring bradenhead pressures, performing blow down and pressure tests, and meeting regulatory reporting requirements. The role has three levels. Tech I learns the routes and performs core field work. Tech II plans and coordinates the work with Automation and Engineering. Tech III owns team development and keeps priorities aligned with operational goals. Take pressures, perform AVOs, and keep up on compliance reporting.Perform the annual Form 17 blow down test and pressure testing, with a working knowledge of how to perform both safely.Navigate Cygnet and meet regulatory reporting requirements (Pronto forms).Learn all field routes, locations and responsible areas.Safely and responsibly operate a company-assigned vehicle.Work alongside experienced technicians, communicate effectively and contribute to team efforts.Work in adverse outdoor conditions.Proactively address regulatory compliance issues during site inspections.Resolve regulatory corrective actions on time, with descriptive comments.
