About the role

Special Olympics Montana in the Big Sky Area is seeking a Special Events Coordinator. The Special Events coordinator will plan and lead events for athletes and volunteers, supporting the mission of Special Olympics through community engagement, awareness, and fun, athlete-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize seasonal and summer events
• Coordinate logistics (venues, schedules, accessibility)
• Build community partnerships and represent the organization at events
• Promote inclusion and awareness through outreach and programming
• Member of the Area Management Team
