Box Office Host

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival.
• Take and manage guest reservations by phone using OpenTable.
• Clearly communicate all reservations guidelines and food and beverage minimums to guests.
• Confirmation calls for all reservations.
• Manage seating chart.
• Constant communication with Saloon Coordinator, Saloon Manager, and Security to ensure smooth operations.
• Take accurate payment for cover charge for all guests entering the Saloon.
• Ensure the Box Office is equipped with all necessities for the evening.
• Clean and sanitize work areas in accordance with CDC guidelines.
• Aid Saloon Coordinator and Manager with additional front of house assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service.
• Patience and clear communication.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to learn systems to maintain orderly reservations.
• High energy with the ability to multitask successfully.
• Availability to consistently work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights including some holidays.
• Possible additional hours available for Special Events.

Pay

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
