About the role
The Region 9 HR Services Cooperative is seeking qualified individuals to fill various positions. This cooperative is designed to provide comprehensive human resources services to member organizations.
Responsibilities
- Support member organizations in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Administer benefits programs and handle claims processing
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Prepare and analyze payroll data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with FMLA and ADA compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
