About the role

As a Boutique Manager, you will be the heart of our operations, orchestrating sales activities to not only meet but exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual goals. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales and IPT targets, while your strategic planning will bring our special events to life. You'll maintain the exquisite image of Maison Francis Kurkdjian, ensuring our boutique reflects the luxury and elegance synonymous with our brand through impeccable merchandising and staff presentation. You will empower your team with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive, from smart sampling techniques to the art of gifting. By meticulously monitoring business performance and analyzing results, you'll identify growth opportunities and communicate key insights to regional leadership. Exceptional customer relations will be at the forefront of your daily activities, ensuring every client receives outstanding service and is integrated into our CRM system. You'll also take charge of the operational heartbeat of the boutique, including managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a pristine environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals by holding boutique team accountable for sales and IPT goals.
  • Complete weekly business recaps for Account Executive and Sales Director team.
  • Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events.
  • Partner with Senior Regional Account Executive/Training Manager to schedule and execute in-Store trainings/morning meetings for launches, promotions, company focuses, etc.
  • Maintain impeccable and luxurious brand image by monitoring proper product merchandising, staff presentation, and counter cleanliness and organization.
  • Keep boutique staff well informed and supplied with the proper tools for them to manage their daily business, including smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies, and the art of gifting.
  • Monitor business and analyze results to recognize areas of opportunity, areas of growth, and CRM opportunities to build and impact overall business; communicate with the Regional Account Executive and Regional Sales Director on business trends, opportunities, and boutique needs.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and delight the customer by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure every client is placed into CRM system and monitor team follow-up.
  • Consistently track daily business activity: sales, samples, and stock.
  • Monitor sales diversification to improve sales on items underperforming relative to North America expectations.
  • Develop professional expertise regarding MFK business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency.
  • Consistently utilize the MFK Backstage training app, ensuring courses are completed at 100%.
  • Respond to store alarm calls, admit maintenance and contract workers prior to store opening, and remain with them.
  • Execute and maintain operational management of the boutique, including but not limited to:
    • Monthly/Quarterly boutique inventory
    • Quarterly visual change-out and repair requests
    • Monthly schedule for store and team (to be given to AE for final approval)
    • Daily inventory and POS management, communication of needs to Account Executive

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience at a Boutique or freestanding store environment.
  • Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
  • Passionate about the MFK brand and its values, and able to convey this passion to the team and clients.
  • Empathetic and positive, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset to develop the business.
  • Team player and strong listener, with knowledge of how to recruit and build a high-performing and collaborative team.
  • Effective communication skills; ability to network and build partnerships across all relevant levels.
  • Resourceful with strong analytic skills for proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement of store management.
  • Able to understand and maintain confidentiality of business at the counter.
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred.
  • Availability must meet the needs of the business.
  • Limited travel based on needs of the business.

Pay

The published salary range for this position is $97,000–107,000. While this range reflects the targeted salary level, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of this range based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
