What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding. As Studio Manager, you'll:

• Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team
• Drive membership sales and coach your team to confidently convert prospects into lifelong members
• Monitor studio performance and key business metrics to achieve growth goals
• Develop and retain exceptional talent
• Deliver an outstanding experience for every member from their first visit to their hundredth class
• Build partnerships and relationships throughout the local community to grow brand awareness
• Ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards
• Solve challenges with confidence, positivity and a solutions first mindset
• Celebrate wins, coach through the choas and continually raise the standard for your team

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience
• A proven history of driving sales, business growth and team performance
• Experience coaching individuals toward measurable goals
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
• Comfort using technology and business reporting tools
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require
