About The Job The Seagate is seeking an experienced Bartender to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixology and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of hospitality and enhancing the guest experience through top-tier beverage service. What You Do Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures according to standard operating proceduresMaintain control of the bar area throughout scheduled shifts, including the closing processAttend responsible vendor training and ensure compliance with all applicable beverage lawsPossess thorough knowledge of product recipes and service procedures, managing stock and requisitions effectivelyCreate and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience and satisfactionMix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes and guest preferencesEnsure proper maintenance of bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment through regular inspectionsStock all beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks in preparation for serviceUphold health and safety standards and policies at all timesCollaborate closely with servers and other staff to deliver excellent products and services to guestsAdhere to hotel policies, procedures, and practices, maintaining standards of excellence in attitude, customer service, and job performancePerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor What You Bring To The Table Must have alcohol server's certification or obtain certification as required by company policyPrevious cash handling experience with strong mathematical skillsProfessional presentation and refined communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills conducive to a guest-focused environmentAbility to work with attention to detail, speed, and accuracyEffective prioritization, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to remain calm and resolve problems using good judgmentAbility to work cohesively in a team environment with minimal supervisionMaintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
