About the role

Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant/Memory Care to join their growing team. The community recently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN, offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, resident’s families, and employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
