Boulder Ponds - HHA, CNA & Caregivers

Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, recently opened in Lake Elmo, MN (spring 2021), offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care in a 95-unit apartment-style community. Located on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94.

About the role

Join our fun, caring, and passionate team to help seniors Age Magnificently. As an HHA or CNA, you’ll provide personal care services, support residents’ independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as outlined in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17–$22 per hour
• CNA Wage: $19–$24 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1 for PM shifts, $2 for overnight shifts

Schedule

• Full Time/Part Time AM (6am–2pm)
• Full Time/Part Time PM (2pm–10pm)
• Full Time NOC (10pm–6am)
• Every other weekend included
