About the role
The Bottler Activation Manager will support the CASO Division Sales Managers and aligned bottlers to drive volume, revenue, profit, and share results within the Coke Route to Market Sales system. Key accountabilities include customizing and embedding KDP initiatives into bottlers' commercial processes, ensuring clear communication of KDP programs, and supporting the annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) process.
Responsibilities
- Customize brand marketing/operating plan information into bottlers' commercial sales and communication processes
- Ensure clear communication of all authorized KDP programs, promotions, plans, timelines, and executional expectations
- Develop relevant local tools to enhance the KDP plan and drive incremental volume, revenue, share, and awareness
- Incorporate KDP initiatives into bottlers' "Look of Success" and PiCOS tool
- Support the JBP process and budget responsibilities
- Provide feedback on KDP initiatives from bottlers to HQ Bottler Activation Director
- Build and maintain relationships with bottlers' sales and commercial teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain performance and ensure team behavior aligns with expectations
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to reduce redundancies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of beverage or consumer product sales and commercial experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Previous beverage field sales operations and activation experience preferred
- Computer proficiency (MS Office; PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience with syndicated data including IRI or AC Nielsen
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's license required
Total Rewards
- Salary range: $96,800 - $145,000
