About the role

The successful applicant must possess experience litigating insurance coverage disputes related to long-tail liability claims for asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and/or environmental damages.

Responsibilities

• Litigate insurance coverage disputes related to long-tail liability claims for asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and/or environmental damages.
• Advise clients on insurance policy language and coverage issues.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court and before regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop and implement litigation strategies.

Requirements

• Active Bar membership.
• 7-9 years of law firm experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Skills

• Experience with insurance coverage disputes.
• Knowledge of asbestos, product liability, toxic tort, and environmental law.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

Pay

The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
