About the role
The successful applicant must have 3-5 years of experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions, have a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements, and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions
Requirements
- Academic credentials that demonstrate excellence
- Law firm experience with a focus on technology and/or complex commercial transactions
- Bar membership in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying
Qualifications
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Outsourcing transactions experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards

Pay
The salary wage range for this position is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
