About the role
Responsible for maintaining hotel cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms and public areas daily
- Perform maid service including vacuuming, dusting, and laundry
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and restocked
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and hygiene standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license (if required for transportation)
