About the role
Paul Hastings' Private Equity & Corporate Finance team is seeking Mid-Level Associates with at least three years of relevant experience to join the firm's rapidly growing practice.
Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group's clients consist of many sophisticated private equity firms and public and private companies.
Responsibilities
We open to hiring associates to sit in New York, Boston, Chicago and/or Orange County. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
Requirements
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $390,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
