Responsibilities
- Executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Relevant law firm experience.
- Two to five years of relevant experience.
Pay
The salary range for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $365,000 annually. Actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
