This Boot Fitter role is part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, helping guests select accessories, ski apparel, and gear/hardgoods. Our Boot Fitting services are top-notch, utilizing 3D scanning technology and expert fitters. This position is located at our premier full-service ski shop at 333 Main Street in Park City, Utah. The role offers growth opportunities into Store Management, Merchandising, and more.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers by providing exceptional service.
• Prepare customer footbed fabrication and perform boot shell and liner modifications.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art 3D scanner to capture precise images and measurements of customers' feet and lower legs to determine optimal fit.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain the shop and follow all shopkeeping procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a ski shop and boot fitting required.
• High level of snowsports industry product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working in a team setting and assisting other departments as needed.
• Experience with POS and Rental Reservations software preferred.

Pay

$24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
