Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of five years’ experience operating mobile, gantry, portal or tower cranes with a minimum capacity of 100 tons
- Knowledge of hand signals per ASME B-30
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights over 80 feet
- Ability to pass an initial and yearly crane operators physical
- Preferred Crane Operator Certification from a recognized authority (e.g., NCCCOP, State, Military, P-307 or Electric Boat)
- Familiarity with applicable ANSI/OSHA/B-30 series standards governing crane operators
