Responsibilities
- Aid in managing Accounts Receivables, Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Payments (AP), Cash Inflows/Outflows
- Collaborate with the Business Manager/Owner for 401K Account management and payroll processing
- Prepare and manage various Financial Reports as requested by Ownership/Accountant
- Participate in Monthly Billing meetings and prepare monthly invoices
- Handle Credit Card account management and reconcile monthly
- Assist with HR duties such as offering letters, onboarding/offboarding employees, managing PTO, and assisting with performance reviews
- Support the Business Manager/Owner with project accruals, client invoicing, and expense reconciliation using Coupa or similar portals
- Provide assistance with additional service requests from Project Managers
- Contribute to monthly budgets, accounts payables, employee visa management, year-end bonuses, charity and gift tracking, professional membership dues, personnel manual revisions, billing rate updates, and other HR-related tasks
- Manage and reconcile 401K and profit sharing plans, and provide discretionary year-end bonuses as determined by Ownership
Requirements
- Prior Bookkeeping experience in the Lighting/Architecture/Engineering industry, minimum of 2 years
- Understanding of Accounting terms and knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with Deltek Ajera (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Pay & Schedule
- $85,000 - $115,000 annually
- Remote work possible
