Bookkeeper

This Bookkeeper role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform that connects students with institutions and advises on program selection and enrollment. The position ensures financial record integrity while maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate focused bookkeeping with invoice review, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the international education platform.
• Review work and study travel job role documentation with status tracking, maintaining a bookkeeper-focused work profile.
• Perform document reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all financial records.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to support financial record integrity and workflow transparency.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Qualifications

• Strong bookkeeping skills with a focus on financial record integrity, particularly in the context of international education and study/work-abroad programs.
• Ability to work confidently within the Work and Study Travel Jobs Workflow Context and manage financial records accurately.
• Proficiency in maintaining data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Experience documenting process compliance and escalating issues with clear reasoning.
• Sound judgment in follow-up actions, especially when bookkeeping depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
