Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Enter and maintain accurate financial records and invoices
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
• Handle customer payments, collections, and vendor payments
• Auxiliary with payroll processing and related recordkeeping
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
• Work closely with leadership and external accounting partners
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and reconciliations
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
