About the role

The Bookkeeper at TK Travel and Events will take ownership of financial record integrity within premium travel, ocean and river cruises, expedition travel, events, and milestone trips. The position emphasizes accuracy and traceable follow-through over superficial speed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Bookkeeper workflow by helping the team track unresolved financial exceptions.
• Review the Bookkeeper workflow to maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain the Bookkeeper workflow to protect confidential account information.
• Track the Bookkeeper workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Own the Bookkeeper workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
