About the role
Take complete ownership of the behind-the-scenes financial functions that keep our fast-moving trade operations running smoothly. This role gives you the independence to manage deadlines and protect profitability for a family-founded company backed by regional corporate resources. Your accuracy will directly impact technician pay, vendor trust, and real-time business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain absolute accuracy across all accounts payable and receivable transactions daily.
- Execute flawless payroll processing to guarantee our hardworking field technicians are paid correctly.
- Utilize QuickBooks (NetSuite) to manage evolving financial records and generate clear reporting for leadership.
- Cookordinate with our larger parent company structure to ensure reporting flows up seamlessly.
- Document workflows and flag potential financial or administrative issues before they escalate.
- Protect company data integrity by maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all financial details.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience managing corporate accounting workflows through QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar software.
- Pristine experience accurately processing full-cycle payroll in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated history of working independently to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related business field.
- Two or more years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably within the mechanical or HVAC trades.
Skills
- QuickBooks (NetSuite) proficiency.
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

Pay
$50,000 - $70,000 per year plus commission.
