Responsibilities
- Review invoices and maintain focused bookkeeping records, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
- Document Swift 7 Consultants’ role-specific financial records with status tracking, adhering to a bookkeeper-focused workflow that maintains traceability and accountability.
- Perform reconciliations with deadline management, ensuring financial records remain accurate and unresolved items are promptly addressed.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring all financial data is consistent, traceable, and aligned with operational demands.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they result in downstream rework, maintaining financial record integrity.

Position Details
Full-time, associate-level role. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$65,000 per year.
