- Review reconciliations with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Document financial records and generate reports, leaving a clear audit trail for each checkpoint.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management to ensure financial record integrity under the demands of event-based projects.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States, with a base salary range of $43,000–$65,000 per year. Remote completion of bookkeeping tasks requires status tracking, follow-up, and documentation to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
