Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a Contract assignment in Twinsburg, Ohio. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, entering high volumes of transactions, and helping keep day-to-day accounting activity organized and up to date. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and can work effectively in an on-site manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: • Enter and maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions with a high level of accuracy. • Process invoices, payments, and customer account activity while ensuring records remain current and well documented. • Reconcile bank accounts and review financial entries to identify and correct discrepancies promptly. • Manage bookkeeping activities within QuickBooks Online and support clean, organized accounting records. • Assist with large-volume data entry related to ongoing accounting operations and reporting needs. • Collaborate with internal team members on finance-related tasks connected to shop floor and operational systems. • Support accounting workflows during system-related changes, including work connected to QuickBooks Online and JobBoss2 as needed. • Proven bookkeeping experience in a hands-on accounting support role. • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online with close attention to detail. • Experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. • Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently. • Comfortable entering and reviewing high volumes of financial data with close attention to detail. • Ability to work on site for a short-term contract assignment. • Familiarity with manufacturing software systems is helpful but not required.
